Our five stage 21-day fermentation process involves the transformation of a proprietary fruit blend base. This base contains Carica papaya fruit and leaf which has long been recognised for its health benefits. These ingredients provide a source of antioxidant nutrients, some examples of expected compounds are: carotenes, vitamin C and flavonoids; the B group vitamins, folate and pantothenic acid. Our process utilises 8 specific microbial species and includes testing to ensure a standardised process. Due to the fermented nature there may be some batch-to-batch variation.
