You Can Eat Jam!

 

How about some homemade berry and pomegranate jam for #saturdaywellness inspiration!

This jam contains zero refined sugar and provides high levels of fibre - which is essential food for your magical microbes - as well as important antioxidants such as anthocyanins.

Simply defrost 450g frozen berries before heating in a pan over low heat. When the mixture has thickened slightly, mash the berries with a fork and stir in 3 tablespoons of chia seeds. Leave to cool completely before adding 3 tablespoons of our Bio-Fermented Papaya Leaf and Pomegranate Tonic. Transfer to a glass jar and keep in the fridge.
