Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is often confused with probiotics because the pectin in the apples promotes healthy digestion by encouraging the growth of good bacteria - yet it does not provide the good bacteria/probiotics.

Drinking a small amount of ACV before a meal has been shown to help control blood sugar levels, and reduce acidity and inflammation in the body.

Try a tablespoon of ACV (we like Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar 'with the mother') added to warm water with some fresh lemon on waking.

Combine with your daily shot of Akesi Bio-Fermented Turmeric Tonic to really kick-start your digestion and day. This powerful combination will encourage the growth of your microbes and introduce new ones.
